Have you ever seen anything like this?

What an interesting critter
This is a weird one. I was excited to find it in the woods and sketched it quickly before it bounced away. What do you think? Is it a bird or a bug? I think it's a little of both. But don't birds eat bugs? I wonder if it gets confused when it is hungry?

  • Hmmm. Lets think what this could look be.
    A strange bug with a very long nose and ears that are shaped like a bow.
    Or a funny looking sea bird with no legs, a horn, no ears or nose, no legs or arms.
    Or, it could be a number five with a head and horn and fur and a brain, and an eyeball, and a mouth.
    Well, what ever it is I think its very rare.
    Did you find it in an exotic jungle in Australia?
    Thats probaly where i would have looked.
